How El Paso SmartYard Works
Robotic lawn mowing works best as an ongoing maintenance system, not a one-time cleanup. Here is exactly what to expect, from your first assessment to a consistently maintained yard.
Schedule Your SmartYard Assessment
It starts with an on-site assessment. We review your mowable lawn area, layout, access points, slopes, obstacles, and outdoor living spaces to confirm whether your property is a good fit for robotic mowing.
Professional Setup & Configuration
Once your yard is approved, we install and configure the robotic mowing system — and any SmartYard Mosquito Control you select — and tune it around how you actually use your yard. There is no setup fee.
Daily Whole-Yard Mowing
The robotic mower is designed to maintain the entire mowable lawn area daily, trimming a little at a time so the whole yard stays at a consistent height — not just freshly cut once a week, then left to grow out.
Ongoing Management & Support
We monitor the system, make seasonal adjustments, troubleshoot, and optimize over time. You get a consistently maintained yard as a managed monthly service, without running it yourself.
What Happens During the SmartYard Assessment
An on-site assessment is required before any property is approved. Not every yard qualifies for robotic mowing — the assessment is how we confirm your property is a good fit and build an accurate monthly quote.
Schedule an AssessmentWe review
- Mowable lawn area and approximate acreage
- Yard layout, access, slopes, and obstacles
- Patios, pools, play areas, and outdoor living spaces
- Whether robotic mowing is a good fit for your property
- The right monthly plan and final pricing
A Maintenance System, Not a One-Time Cut
SmartYard is designed to keep an already-maintainable lawn consistently cut — it is not an overgrown-yard cleanup service. Homeowners who want a premium, consistent result with fewer crew visits get the most from it. If your yard needs a heavy reset first, we will tell you honestly during the assessment.
